Calling or referring to the international department office on ground floor next to admission section. ( 8am to 14pm Saturday through Thursday)
Calling the internal number of complain handling section: 4570 .( 8am to 14pm Saturday through Thursday)
Calling the internal number of supervisor: 4444 ( afternoon and night)
Taking survey in the hospital website on the internet.
